Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return at Naked Nutrition, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Show no signs of damage, wear, or use after delivery.
- Be in a condition suitable for thorough inspection upon receipt.
Returns that do not satisfy these requirements may be refused.
Non-Returnable Products
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Clearance or final sale items
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer except under these conditions:
- If the return is due to a defect in the product
- If the product arrived damaged
- If an incorrect item was sent by Naked Nutrition
Original shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout and are non-refundable unless eligibility criteria above are met.
Refund Process
- Once your returned item arrives, it will be inspected within 2-4 business days.
- We will confirm whether your refund request is approved or declined.
- If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please be aware that your bank or credit card company might take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Order Cancellations

Shipping Times
